By using Emoji Diary (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides functionality for recording and managing emoji-based diary entries, and for sharing entries with approved friends.

3. Account

• Please provide accurate information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for managing your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized use by third parties.
• Each person may create only one account.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Harassing, defaming, or threatening other users
• Posting illegal content or content that infringes on the rights of others
• Spamming or excessively accessing the service through automated tools
• Unauthorized access to or interference with the App’s systems or security
• Registering false account information

5. Ownership of Content

Copyright in diary entries posted to the App belongs to the user. However, by using the App, you grant us the right to store and process your data to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how advertising-related data is handled.

7. Paid Features (Planned for Future)

Some features may become paid in the future. When paid features are introduced, we will notify you of pricing, details, and cancellation methods in advance through the App or announcements.

8. Changes and Termination of Service

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We will provide advance notice where possible before terminating the service.

9. Disclaimer

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except where required by applicable law.
• The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as needed. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
