By using Verdikt (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Service Description

The App is a social service where users post and answer two-choice questions. Users earn tickets by answering questions and use tickets to post their own questions.

3. User Content

• Questions posted by users are made visible to other users of the App
• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the service
• You must not post content that infringes on others’ rights or is illegal, harmful, or obscene

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App
• Using the App for illegal activities or to infringe on the rights of third parties
• Spam posting or using automated tools to manipulate the App
• Harassing or defaming other users
• Unauthorized access to or interference with the App’s systems or security

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements (Google AdMob). A feature is provided to earn bonus tickets by watching ads. For data handling related to ads, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us or their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except where required by law.
• The App is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding its fitness for any particular purpose.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-posted content.

8. Changes and Termination

We may change the content of the service or discontinue it without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
